If you’re familiar with us at Athlete Assessments, you would know that we’re huge advocators for gender equality and female representation in sport, which is part of the reason we were so excited by this year’s theme for International Women’s Day on March 8th 2022, to be #BreakTheBias.
While we know there are many so resources available on the International Women’s Day website, we wanted to compile a number of our resources which specifically focus on women in sport. Whether you’re a female coach, athlete, or administrator, a fan of women’s sport, or someone looking to find out more about how you can contribute towards supporting these women, this list is for you.

Another Win for Women Coach Development
Over 80 coaches attended the two-day live and online academy developed exclusively for women high school coaches of all sports, at all levels. Hosted by WeCOACH and modeled after their longstanding premier NCAA Women Coaches Academy, the overwhelmingly successful academy was both an educational opportunity and a chance to consolidate connections amongst a growing community of women coaches at the high school level.
