46th NCAA Women Coaches Academy and Academy 2.0
Held by WeCoach (previously the Alliance of Women Coaches)
November 28 – December 1 2018 in Denver, Colorado

The Academy is an integral part of the organization’s strategy to ensure women coaches are empowered with high quality information and opportunities to share their knowledge and experiences with other coaches working in the field across all sports. WeCoach (previously the Alliance of Women Coaches – the name change happened this week!) aims to improve the recruitment, advancement and retention of women coaches. The Women Coaches Academies are an opportunity for all coaches to up skill, network and submerge themselves in the very latest ideas, techniques and methods. Athlete Assessments’ Client Director, Liz Masen, has been invited to present at each of the three Academies every year since 2010. This year she will again present at the WCA and the Academy 2.0, an extension program available only to graduates of the WCA. Her workshops on CoachDISC give coaches a better understanding of their own coaching style and how that style affects the way they approach their coaching, communication and athletes.
