Video Presentation by Bo Hanson, 4x Olympian and Coaching Consultant

Within the DISC model, the “S” represents the Steady style of DISC. In this video, Bo Hanson focuses in on the Steady Style, being a measure of pace, and the key things you need to know within sport.  The Steady scale determines whether you are fast or slow paced, whether you are more spontaneous or have a longer fuse. The “perfect profile” for a coach is also examined.   (To read more about the DISC model and its application to sport, the DISC Methodology webpage is a great place to start.)
