Join us in welcoming the newest members of the Athlete Assessments team! Jacinta Edmunds joined us in March for Special Projects, and our three new Client Advisors commence from next week through to early June. They will all play a vital role in building relationships with and understanding new client needs, and providing tailored solutions for getting the people side right in sport!
Starting next week is Rita Irvine-Kalmikova, a two-time Olympic swimmer from Latvia with a Bachelor’s in Human Communication and a Master’s in Sport Administration, who has over a decade of experience in NCAA coaching and mentoring, specializing in recruitment and athlete development while emphasizing integrity and high-performance.
Dr. Nicole Sellars, starting with us in May, is an accomplished educator and sport management professional with a Bachelor’s in Communications, a Master’s in Physical Education and Athletic Administration, and a doctorate in Sport and Exercise Science. Through her work, Nicole empowers students through innovative curriculum design and industry insights gained from her experience with the NBA’s G-League through to being an Associate Professor at Troy University.
And in early June, Lizzy Ristano bats up! Most recently with WeCOACH, she is a dedicated coach, educator, and former student-athlete with over 20 years of experience in NCAA coaching and athletic administration, including a 17-year tenure at the University of Notre Dame, where she has fostered high-performance cultures and mentored athletes to All-American recognition, while also winning countless coaching awards.
Welcome to the team!! We’re so excited you’re joining us and for what’s ahead.
