The role will also see you assist the broader team and supporting senior management as needed.

This is an entry-level role perfect for a bright, hard-working university student or a new graduate looking for a great opportunity to start your professional career. If this sounds appealing to you and you love sport, please apply. • Very strong communication and computer skills
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding outcomes
  • The ability to be adaptable to team, client, and business needs
  • Experience performing administrative duties and providing support to managers
  • Ability to manage calendars and provide support in scheduling meetings
  • Excellent time-management and multi-tasking skills

Ultimately, we are looking for someone who has a desire to contribute as a team-player and who can work autonomously alongside our incredibly supportive team. This role holds potential for professional growth, so our team want to work with someone who will take ownership of their role and is looking to build a career, rather than just doing a job.

Capabilities:

  • Previous experience as a PA/EA, Receptionist, or Administrative Assistant
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organisational and administrative abilities
  • The capability to handle multiple tasks/projects whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and prioritise appropriately
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with others in the team to deliver on program and business objectives
  • Experience using Salesforce (or any CRM) will be well regarded, but not required.

You must be able to work part-time or casual from our office at Manly in Brisbane’s Bayside (parking on-site). Our entire team is in-house and hands on, so you’ll have the opportunity to gain insight into and be involved in, all aspects of the business. This is a phenomenal opportunity for someone looking to progress their career, and our team is ready to support you in achieving your success.  If this role sounds appealing to you, please apply! We practice what we preach, so you’ll be in a great working environment where people, their contribution, and their ideas are truly valued.
