Athlete Assessments' Privacy Policy

OUR CLIENTS AND VISITORS’ PRIVACY IS AN ISSUE WE TAKE VERY SERIOUSLY AT ATHLETE ASSESSMENTS.

We understand your concerns about the use of your personal data, and have formulated this policy to reassure you of how your data will be utilized by us.

Any information you provide is disclosed only to Athlete Assessments. Athlete Assessments will not distribute, sell, rent or give your information to any organization or third party.

For each visitor to our website, our web server automatically recognizes the visitor’s domain name and email address (where possible). We do not collect all of that data, but it is recognized. We collect only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our website. We also track aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit and user-specific information on what pages visitors access or visit.

We collect information you give us – the names and email addresses of those who take our online assessment, the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email, survey information and/or site registrations and the email addresses of people requesting our auto-responders.

Personal information collected is often limited to email addresses, but may include other information when needed to provide a service you requested. For example, if you choose a service or transaction that requires payment, such as making an online purchase on our website, we will request personal information necessary for billing and/or shipping, such as: name, address, telephone number, and credit card number.

When our website requests sensitive information such as credit card numbers and expiration dates, that information is processed securely via SecurePay. Your payment details are encrypted during transmission using industry standard SSL technology and are not stored on our servers. SecurePay meets PCI DSS compliance requirements, ensuring your personal and financial information is protected against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

We do not collect or track the email addresses of those who are asked to be observers of those who purchase the online assessment. Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly. Email addresses are not sold or traded, now or in the future for any reason, and no one will be contacted unless they specifically request it.

The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, used to notify consumers about updates to our website and used by us to contact visitors for marketing purposes.

We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on us or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of AthleteAssessments.com, Alessandra.com and its family of websites, or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of services, or members of the public.

We use cookies on our profile to aid in tracking each tier of our compensation plan. When someone visits the site, a cookie is placed on the customer’s machine (if the customer accepts cookies) or is read if the customer has visited the site previously.

We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide in computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. After that, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

If you do not want to receive email from us in the future, please let us know by sending an email to us at support@athleteassessments.com, and telling us that you do not wish to receive further emails.
