The Athlete Home Page This is a personalized, private Home Page for each athlete who has completed an assessment. It allows you (the athlete) to:
Directions for Completing the Assessment An Athlete Assessments profile can be initiated in two ways: by clicking on the 'Take Assessment NOW' button on this website (you immediately pay for and take the assessment online) or by way of email invitation from your coach/manager (the coach/manager has purchased the assessment on your behalf and sent you a web-link to complete the assessment online). When responding to the assessment/questionnaire, the first thing you must do is consider yourself within your sporting environment. Your focus can be general or specific in either training or competition. You may respond as to how you are generally in your training situations or have a particular competition frame in mind. Maintain this same focus when responding to the entire questionnaire. Spend only 7-10 minutes to complete all questions. Your first response is usually most accurate. Observers An observer is someone who the athlete invites to complete an online observer assessment about the athlete themselves. Observers could include coaches, other support staff, fellow athletes and team mates, family and friends. This is a key feature that enables athletes to acquire a unique 360-degree view of themselves, by inviting an unlimited number of observers (within a 30-day period) to complete an assessment about them. Athletes simply type in the observers’ names and email addresses and that’s it - the rest is totally automated. The observers are sent an email from the athlete inviting them to complete the assessment on the athlete’s behalf. The athlete may personalize the invitation to fit their needs. |
